Located on Harrison Street between 9th & 10th, the Lone Star Saloon is home to San Francisco's friendly Bear Community. The Lone Star was the world's first BEAR BAR. Established in 1989, the Lone Star Saloon is proud to be known as the original Bear Bar USA!

Join us for one of our famous Beverage Benefits on Thursdays, Saturdays, and Sundays, benefiting several of San Francisco's charities, including Bears of San Francisco, South Bay Bears, and Golden Gate Guards, to name a few. Check the Calendar for other special events, as well!

We're committed to our community -- OK, some of the staff have been briefly committed and later released! We offer a comfortable meeting space for organizations upstairs. Contact us for availability.
